"After our mother passed away, the family was left with a house to disperse of. I had orignially contacted Mike's office to obtain an evaluation on the house and the possibility of selling it. After meeting with Mike and discussing our options, we decided to act on their advice. Mike and kim were in constant contact with me concerning the activity on the house.
